Outlook didn't do that so I've tried to check on the outgoing rule itself but with double clicking the existing rule Outlook immediately crashed. Finally I thought there must be something not compatible of the outgoing rule with the updated Outlook. I just deleted all Outgoing rules and uups here we go. Just created new outgoing rules without any problems. That was the solution. Thanks everybody for your suggestions.
