I’ve managed to use this synth as a bass/electro synth at times Its rugged and raw electronic fabric makes this synth capable of so much more than just speech. The perfect vst for core raw tones that are ready to be mangled and modified.

I just love it. I’d love if the engine was utilized in a soft synth format with bass textures in mind and if tones generated could be morphed into chaos or contrasting tones. Mkv player for mac 10.7.

The only strange problem i’ve got: when typing some text in the textfield every character comes 3 times. Like “eeexxxeeecccuuuttteee”.

Deleting characters also makes a 3 character “jump”. My keyboard is allright. П˜‰ mac os x 10.6.8 logic 9 right version of the plugin i’ve tried to figur out another way to get in the text via saving a preset and edit the preset-file. Won’t work for me since the text isn’t safed in a uncoded way.

↓ • Dubba Sorry, I posted before testing (I had wrongly assumed that I had to use Cocoa under El Capitan). The Carbon 32 VST version is working nicely in Renoise 3.1 on my old Core 2 Duo laptop running El Capitan. I had one instance where engaging phonetic mode produced no sound but otherwise it’s been hugely enjoyable! The Cocoa 32 AU version seems to have non-functional phonetic and filter modes on my system.
