I am afraid I am not able to answer your question now, but the next version of Office for Mac will be released this year, the Skype for Business for Mac client should be included in it. If you have feedback for TechNet Support, contact tnmff@microsoft.com. Still not included in the next Office for Mac so I guess you will have to wait a bit longer. Microsoft have update the old client last month: But the KB still talks about march update even though it was updated in april.
Looks like they dont care much about the mac users. Or perhaps they will be ditching the client in favour of webrtc?
