Smart Folder Office 365 For Mac
The Smart Folders are a great idea and can be very efficient. However in its current position they are quickly pushed out of sight when you have plenty of mail folders. If this happens the usage of smart folders will simply decrease and somehow forgotten.
I am trying to figure out adding a Smart Folder. Using the latest beta (Office 365 University account) I am having sporadic success. I understand creating and advanced search and saving it.
I AM NOT sure if these searches are going across my Exchange, iCloud and Outlook mail equally? I would like to add a Smart folder for any Received From and Sent To with their email address. Specifically I want it to show anything sent to me or I send to the Dean. The closest I get is a folder containing all emails the Deans email is used or part of a CC's emailed etc. Far too broad for what I want. Secondly, I would like to set up a Smart folder to show ANY email containing attachments (ones I receive and or send) I just can not find the correct search to produce these 2 smart folders.
