Hello, I just recently purchased an iMac and I have a question regarding the Microsoft Terminal Services Client. Hopefully this is the correct forum. On my Windows Machine, I have a batch file that looks similar to the following: mstsc /v:0.0.0.0:1234 /f 0.0.0.0 refers to the IP address of my Terminal Server and 1234 refers to the port. I want to create the equivalent batch/command file on my iMac only I don't know how to do that.

It was all working on our old Windows 2003 terminal server before we moved everyone over to Windows 2012 R2 RDS server. The RDS server is running as a Hyper-V VM on a Windows 2012 R2 server with the bandwidth management disable for the VM. 1 Windows: Terminal Services Client (Remote Desktop Connection) version. 1 Mac OS: You must download the Remote Desktop Connection software.

I can connect to a Terminal Services server from my iMac so long as the Terminal Server is listening on port 3389. The issue that I'm having is that we don't use the default 3389 port and the only way that I know to change that from the client side is to connect via batch file using the syntax above. I've been a Windows user ever since there was a Windows so the Mac is a steep learning curve. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
